Press & Photography Access

The South Colonie Central School District welcomes members of the media and approved photographers to cover Colonie Athletics throughout the 2026–27 school year.

Access to our Facilities

Media credentials are required for access to all Colonie Athletics home contests. Please review the information below to learn about credential requirements, media guidelines, and photographer expectations.

Press & Media

Applications for 2026–27 press and media credentials are now open. News media requesting season or single-game access to Colonie Athletics events must complete the Press Access Request Form. Approved credentials provide access for working media only and must be worn at all times while on-site.

Complete the Press Access Request Form to apply for 2026–27 media credentials.

Approved Photographers

Applications are also open for photographers interested in covering Colonie Athletics during the 2026–27 school year. Approved photographers receive sideline access to home contests and help showcase the accomplishments of our student-athletes through photos used on the district website, social media, and other communications.

All photographers must meet district requirements, including New York State Education Law 2-D compliance and the district's photography agreement.

Complete the Photographer Application to be considered as an approved photographer for the 2026–27 school year.

*Please note applications are only good for one school year.

A Message from our Athletic Director

"The photos you see on our website and social media help tell the story of Colonie Athletics. From competition to celebration, they capture the moments that make high school sports memorable for our student-athletes, coaches, and families. We're grateful for the local photographers who partner with our athletic program throughout the year. Their work helps us recognize our teams and preserve memories for our school community while providing families with access to professional photos from games and events."
