Forest Park Fundraising Celebration Gets Saucy

Forest Park Principal Bill Luke’s Halloween costume wasn’t just any outfit this year — it was the centerpiece of a saucy celebration.
As a special treat for students’ incredible fundraising success, teachers and staff turned Luke into a human hot dog. They piled condiments on Luke in a human-sized bun in front of a cheering crowd of students and parents. The messy — but hilarious — transformation marked the school’s achievement of raising an impressive $16,000 for student and school initiatives.
Special thanks to our community partners, Gus’s Hot Dogs and Hot Dog Charlie’s, who generously donated the ketchup, mustard, and relish used in the spirited stunt.
