The South Colonie Central School District is excited to welcome Luna, an exchange student who will join Colonie Central High School for the 2025-26 school year. Luna’s story is a special one—her mother attended CCHS in 1991, and now Luna is eager to experience the same warm and enriching community her mom cherished.

Luna will arrive in August 2025 and stay through June 2026. She enjoys playing the piano and volleyball and is looking forward to making lifelong memories with her host family and classmates.

We are currently seeking a host family for Luna. The host family will need to provide:

• A bed and a welcoming home environment.
• Transportation to and from school and activities.
• Three meals a day.

Luna will bring her own health insurance, spending money, and personal necessities.
